PARKING

  • Hotel parking is available from $20.00 per day.
  • Street parking is available surrounding the hotel (3hr paid)
  • 8 hour paid parking is available at Hemingway’s Brewery car park, 100m from the hotel.


REGISTRATION DESK

On your first day of arrival, please collect your name badge from ASN staff at the registration desk.

Any pre-purchased Merchandise will also be available to collect

Registration Desk Operating Hours:

  • Monday 3 March – 8am – 5.30pm
  • Tuesday 4 March – 7.30am – 5.30pm
  • Wednesday 5 March – 8am – 5.30pm

NAME TAGS
Attendees are required to wear their name tags to all sessions, including during catering breaks and On-Country Activities.

MERCHANDISE
If you haven’t pre-purchased a water bottle or cap, we will have some available for purchase on site. We are unable to accept cash.

FOURM ATTIRE

Queensland Indigenous Women Rangers attending QIWRN Forum on Monday 3 March

Dress code will be QIWRN shirts or your ranger uniform and closed in shoes as we will be having a group photo and may have officials visiting. If you do not have ranger uniforms, please wear appropriate smart casual, no thongs, no ripped shorts etc.


Aboriginal and Torres Strait Women Rangers attending National IWRN Forum on Tuesday 4 March to Thursday 6 March

As we will be having group photos on Tuesday and Wednesday and may have officials visiting – the dress code will be:

  • Tuesday 4 March – your ranger uniform and closed in shoes. If you do not have ranger uniforms, please wear appropriate smart casual, no thongs, no ripped shorts etc.
  • Wednesday 5 March – your new blue National IWRN shirts that you will receive at registration and closed in shoes. No thongs, no ripped shorts etc.


FORUM ROOMS

The Forum Plenary will be hosted in the Grand Ballroom. The Breakout Sessions will be hosted in the Bluewater Rooms. 

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS 
If you have included your dietary requirements during your registration, you will be catered accordingly throughout the event. With the majority of breaks, your catering will be served separately; however, please let yourself known to the venue staff.
