I am a proud Larrakia woman from Darwin NT, and the Senior Biosecurity Engagement Officer for the NT. I head a small group of Biosecurity Engagement Officer where we are all based in Darwin. I work closely with several Ranger groups in the Top End primarily in, but not limited to, the East Arnhem region. I have worked at the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF) for over 16 yeas and in remote areas for 8 years delivering the Biosecurity message. I am passionate about the work I do and have met a lot of incredible, strong, resourceful women during this time.
